We're looking for a Sindy Manager (50%-75%)

This is an amazing job for someone who's passionate about people and about Geneva, and is great at making things happen. We're looking for a mature, proven high caliber person, who can run independently and make a real difference in Geneva life.

WHY WE NEED A MANAGER
Until now we managed Sindy via a volunteer committee, on our spare time. But with Sindy growing (20 events each year, 6000 members), and with a ton more new Sindy plans we want to bring alive, we realize we now need a manager with more time on his/her hands.

WHAT THE MANAGER WILL DO
- coordinate Sindy's current events, including: dreaming up concepts, briefing suppliers, ensuring execution,

- further develop Sindy activities, including:

                                                    - understand what needs Sindy members have

                                                    -identify new activities that meet these needs and fine tune the details

                                                    - make these activities happen

- represent Sindy vis-a-vis our happy members (face-to-face at the events, and on Email)

KEY SKILLS NEEDED
Most important:

- passion for making people happy

- charisma, outgoing personality, high energy
- proven ability to make things happen
Other:

- good marketing & communication skills
- fluent English, good French

- ideally age 25-35 (average age of Sindy members)

- ideally already immersed in the Geneva community
